SENSATIONAL SALSA SHELLS

Make it Fabulous with Fillo Recipe Contest

Ingredients

12-ounce jar of mild salsa
1/2 package frozen corn, thawed
3 tablespoons of real bacon bits
1 can seasoned black beans, drained
1 jar of queso dip
30 Athens Mini Fillo Shells (2 boxes)

In a large bowl, combine salsa, corn, bacon bits and black beans. Set aside.

Put one cup of queso dip in a microwave safe bowl and stir about every 20-30 seconds until warm and smooth. Set aside.

Spoon salsa mix into each shell. After all the shells are filled, drizzle the tops with the warm melted queso dip. Serve immediately.
