HOW TO MAKE PHYLLO FLATBREADS

Thaw one roll of fillo dough, following thawing instructions on package to make phyllo flatbreads.

 

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

 

Unroll and cover the fillo pastry sheets with a damp towel or plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
Place one sheet of fillo on work surface and lightly coat with egg white mixture.
Layer and repeat with 9 more sheets.

 

Cut layered fillo in half widthwise to create two flat bread bases and place on a baking tray.

 

Reroll unused fillo sheets and follow storing instructions on package.

 

Bake for 8 minutes or just until the fillo starts to brown. Remove from oven and cool. Top phyllo flatbreads with your favorite toppings.
