Put this signature New Orleans dessert featuring bananas, butter and brown sugar in a crunchy Mini Fillo Shell with this easy, ready-in-15 minutes recipe.

  • 1 package (15 count) Athens® Mini Fillo Shells
  • 1 cup banana, diced
  • 1 ounce butter, melted
  • 1 ounce brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rum


  1. Place the mini shells on an ungreased baking sheet. In a small bowl toss together the remaining ingredients. Evenly distribute the mixture among the shells and bake for 8-10 minutes in preheated oven at 350°F.
  2. Tips: If desired, top tarts with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
