Make it Fabulous with Fillo Recipe Contest Entry

  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces Spinach Artichoke Dip
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens Mini Fillo Shells


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among the shells. Bake in preheated at 350°F oven for 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
