Make it Fabulous with Fillo Recipe Contest Entry
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces Spinach Artichoke Dip
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens Mini Fillo Shells
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the shells. Bake in preheated at 350°F oven for 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
