Mini Phyllo Pecan Tarts

Put a seasonal favorite flavor — pecan pie — into the palm of your hand with these bite-sized dessert treats.

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 egg
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Mini Fillo Shells


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pecans. Mix well. Stir in chopped pecans. Arrange mini shells on a baking sheet. Fill each mini shell with pecan mixture. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes. Let cool before serving.
  2. Serving Suggestions: The addition of orange zest or mini chocolate chips adds an extra punch of flavor to these delicious Mini Pecan Pies.
