Need ideas for party appetizers? Try this new twist on a DIY appetizer bar with a Mini Shell Spring Roll Bar.

  • 1 tray (45 count) Athens Mini Fillo Shells, spinach flavor or traditional
  • Prepare assortment of your favorite spring-roll fillings such as: 
  • Shrimp
  • Rotisserie chicken, shredded 
  • Rice noodles 
  • Napa cabbage, finely chopped 
  • Baby corn 
  • Carrots. matchstick cut
  • Bean sprouts 
  • Shitake mushrooms 
  • Green onions 
  • Cilantro 
  • Assorted sauces such as:
  • Sweet Chili Oil
  • Spicy peanut 
  • Hoisin
  • Soy 
  • Hot mustard 


  1. For added crispness, preheat oven to 350⁰F. Place empty shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes. Put small bowls or ramekins with fillings on your spring-roll bar along with a tray or basket of Athens® Mini Fillo Shells.
  2. Guests fill shells with desired ingredients to make creative and individual spring rolls.
