Full of flavor by combining fresh mushrooms and adding tasty bacon, these mini tarts are a must try!

  • 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, 1/4″ dice
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Mini Fillo Shells


  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F. In a medium bowl, mix together the first five ingredients. Fill shells and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheeses start to melt.
